SHAPING A CULTURAL CHANGE
THE CHALLENGE Inclusion & Diversity is a top priority for a manufacturing company. WordsFresh is working with the I&D team to execute a communications strategy that will advance the company’s culture of inclusion.
OUR STRATEGY Communications planning includes overall message strategy, internal communications, video production and event support.
A unified message and visual identity are carried throughout all materials and communications.
RESULTS
In 2019, I&D’s signature event, the Inclusion & Diversity Summit, saw a 40% increase in attendees from the previous event.
Per the request of the COO, the Summit’s main messages were shared with global employees through a series of five follow-up articles on the company intranet.
A highlights video was a first of its kind for the company and tied inclusion and diversity efforts to
business results.
