I hope you’ve enjoyed some summertime R&R. Our team members have vacationed in fun spots from Florida to California and from Louisiana to the Great Lakes.
They hiked, napped, learned, swam, danced, boated, read, camped, spelunked, explored and practiced magic tricks. What really matters is they spent time with people they love.
There’s tremendous power in taking time away from work. That’s why I remind our team to use up those PTO hours. I want them to be healthy and happy. As a bonus, they return with the renewed energy and creativity that underpin great client work.
